Hello!
I’m Nataliia Zarozovska, the founder and designer of
NATALIA ZARAZOVSKA INTERIORS
My passion for interior design began during my studies at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, when I combined my love for architecture and construction with my desire to create harmonious, comfortable and functional spaces. This passion led me to establish my own studio in 2014.
Over the years, I have completed dozens of projects of various complexity - from cozy city apartments to large-scale private residences.
My style is modern design, inspired by Contemporary and Scandinavian aesthetics, providing a sense of coziness and aesthetic pleasure.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an online and an on-site design project?
The scope of services in a design project remains the same; the difference lies in the method of communication and implementation.
An on-site design project involves my personal presence at the construction site, taking measurements, meeting with you, builders, and contractors. If needed, author’s supervision of the project implementation can be provided directly on-site. Video calls and chats are also used throughout the process to discuss details.
An online design project is carried out remotely: all consultations, approvals and support take place via video calls and chats. An online author’s supervision service is also available, which includes communication with builders and contractors, as well as assistance in selecting colors, materials and interior elements—all in an online format.
How will our collaboration take place?
Depending on the selected service package, the project scope and execution stages may vary slightly, but the overall structure remains the same.
Step 1: Filling out the questionnaire
I will send you a questionnaire to help me better understand your preferences, style and functional needs for the interior.
Step 2: Mood board and concept of interior
Based on your questionnaire responses and reference images (from Pinterest or any other source), I will create a mood board – a visual concept that defines the style and atmosphere of your future space.
Step 3: Space planning and furniture layout
I will provide 3–8 layout options with well-thought-out zoning, furniture and appliance placement. After discussions and adjustments, we will finalize the plan to fully meet your needs. Up to 5 rounds of revisions are available.
Step 4: 3D visualization and collage
Based on the approved layout, I will create 3D visualizations and detailed space collages to help you envision the final result. Up to 3 rounds of adjustments are available.
Step 5: Drawings, specifications, and final adjustments
Once all previous stages are approved, I will prepare a set of drawings for builders and contractors, along with a specification table for furniture, lighting, materials, and other interior elements. This stage includes up to 2 rounds of revisions (excluding the previously approved space plan and 3D visualizations).
Final result
You will receive a detailed PDF file with approved plans, visualizations, drawings and instructions for implementing your ideal interior.
Is author’s supervision included in the service price?
Supervision is not included in the design project price, but it can be added separately based on your needs.
Duration and cost of supervision depend on the project complexity:
Minimum duration: 14 days
Maximum duration: Up to 18 months (with the possibility of extension by agreement)
Cost: EUR 300 –700 per month, depending on the scope of work.
Since each project is unique, we will determine the optimal supervision format together to best suit your needs.
How is the payment process structured?
Payment is made in stages to ensure a smooth and predictable process.
Before starting work, a 30% prepayment of the total design project cost is required, depending on the selected service package. The remaining amount is paid in installments as each stage is completed.
The final payment is made only when you say: "Yes, this is the interior of my dreams!"
After that, you will receive the complete set of project documentation, and the final payment can be completed.
